Aconteceu este fim de semana a 71ª Edição dos Emmys, evento que premeia o melhor que se faz na televisão norte-americana. De alguma forma, estas produções ocupam uma grande parte do que consumimos diariamente, quer na TV ou nos serviços de streaming.
Este não foi só um ano em grande para a HBO, que terminou a sua popular série Game of Thrones, como trouxe para cima da mesa o arrepiante Chernobyl e, tanto uma como outra, destruída ou aclamada pela crítica, saíram da celebração de mãos cheias.
Game of Thones levou para casa dois dos prémios para os quais estava nomeada nos Emmys, incluindo Melhor Série Dramática e Melhor Ator Secundário para o ator Peter Dinklage.
Chernobyl foi um pouco mais tímido com o grande prémio de Melhor Mini-Série e Fleabag com Melhor Série de Comédia e Melhor Atriz em Comédia para Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
Destaque também para o episódio interativo de Black Mirror, BanderSnatch, que recebeu o prémio de Melhor Filme para TV.
